Scott Fischer, Ph.D., ABPP

Scott Fischer, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist in St. Paul.  The bulk of his practice is psychological assessment, primarily forensic evaluations. Specific areas of practice include criminal, family, and juvenile court.  Dr. Fischer earned a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon and completed an internship at Yale University. In the past, he has worked in private practice and community mental health settings.  Dr. Fischer is now the owner of Acumen Psychology. He is the former Chair of the Minnesota Psychological Association Ethics Committee and former Chair of the Minnesota Board of Psychology. He is a member of the American Psychological Association Ethics Committee and a board-certified forensic psychologist.
